  • Every student shall undergo a period of certified study extending over 4 years 6 months’ academic years followed by one year compulsory rotating internship
  • Admission of students of MMCH&RI is made strictly on merit based on an All India Examination (NEET) as prescribed by the MCI and UGC Regulations and in consistence with the National policy in this behalf from time to time.
  • Selection will be made after counseling as per the merit list. Classes will be started in August. The Degrees are awarded by the University for the successful candidates.

Eligibility

  • He/She should have completed the Age of 17 Years on or before 31st December of the academic year in which the candidate is seeking admission.
  • Candidates belonging to all Categories expect Schedules Caste/ Schedules Tribe for admission to the Course Should have obtained not less than 50% mark in Aggregate in Physics , Chemistry And Biology (Botany/Zoology) Bio Technology at the qualifying Examination (Academic Stream 10 +2 /HSE/PUC) after a period of 12 years study.
  • Candidates who have studied abroad, the equivalent qualification as determined by the Association of Indian Universities shall form the guidelines to determine eligibility and should have the passed in the Subjects of Physics Chemistry, Biology (Botany & Zoology) and English up to the 12th standard level with 50% marks aggregate.
  • Candidates belonging to Scheduled caste /scheduled tribe, or other Back ward class the minimum marks for admission shall be 40% 50% for General category.

Eligibility

A candidate who has passed in any of the following examination from the recognized university accepted by the syndicate of this university as equivalent thereto shall be permitted to appear and qualify for M.Sc. Degree (in the Faculty of Medicine)
B.Sc. Degree in Zoology, Botany, Chemistry and Biochemistry or Microbiology, (either as a major or ancillary subject, medical laboratory technologies and Allied Health Sciences)
Professional courses like B.S.M.S., B.U.M.S., B.A.M.S. AND B.H.M.S.
Other Graduates with B.Sc. level knowledge is also eligible to apply to the course.

Post Graduate Degree Course (MD/MS)

Eligibility

Pass in MBBS Degree Course from a MCI recognized Institutions / University.
Internship should have been completed by 31st May (For academic year 2021-2022) of the year of admission.
Permanent registration from any state Medical Council of India is essential before the commencement of the course
Candidates should have qualified the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET- MD/MS 2021)
